One Of These Things . . .
One of these things is not like the other.

The Obama pictures are from Yes We Can (hold babies).
The McCain photo is from Horsesass.org.

See, THAT is why I like to let children decide for themselves.
Oh, my god. THAT is some funny shit right there.
Soul sisters, yup. most definately.
that is some creepy-jeeper picture.
dingo=funny
You’re awesome. Love you. And I’ll desperately miss campaign posts. But not the stupid ads on TV. Or the ‘net. Stupid google adsense.
so freaking funny. can’t wait to watch the returns with you tomorrow, dingo!
You should see all the variations on the comments on that photo over on PunditKitchen (http://punditkitchen.com/), a close relative of the FailBlog…
Coffee now stinging my nose! Awesome.
Way too funny… and sad. I’m off to the polls soon. I didn’t sleep last night.
Oh.Mah.Holy.Hell. I LOVE this! (and I always put down my coffee before I click over here, because I know the feeling Lyvvie describes!)
justrun — Out of the mouths of babes…
Mrs Chili — You can always tell something about a person by how they treat animals and children. In this case, I think the children are trying to tell us something.
Shania — Hey, Sista!
blakspring — That child is going to be traumatized forever.
April — I love you too, April! I don’t think four years is enough time to recover from the campaign ads. And google adsense has a lot of explaining to do!
sunny — It’s going to be great!
GeekHiker — I think the last photo definitely qualifies as a FAIL.
Lyvvie — I had the same reaction except I was drinking Diet Pepsi. Ouch!
Jen of a2eatwrite — This is the first time I have felt so confident and secure in the person I am voting for. I can’t wait to read everyone’s follow up posts about their voting experiences.
Ree — I guess you noticed which McCain thing was not like the other.
HAHAHAHAHA
John McCain is a vampire.
That’s awesome!
LOL! That’s fabulous! Kids sense the depth and character in adults. We should take a cue from these kids!
Awesome!
And you’re right. Girlfriend would have fit in perfectly with this post today.
BAHAHAHAHAHA! Loves it.
saratogajean — Yes, yes he is.
k8 — Hee! The picture cracked me up when I found it. No photoshopping required!
J.M. Tewkesbury — Thanks for commenting. I hope that the kids that are eligible to vote actually go out and do so. I’ve been trying to light a fire in my freshman classes for the whole voting/election process but it’s hard to compete with Gossip Girls.
Rachel — What are things like up there in Alaska?
This is exactly what I needed to read after writing my No on Prop 8 post. Thank you for sharing the hilarity!
OMG. Thank you. From the bottom of my cold little heart, I thank you for that.
Whoa, that last picture is disturbing.
Mel Heth — I wish I could’ve voted No on Prop 8!
Kori — Believe me, it was my pleasure.
Megkathleen — He’s creepy.
Well the library where I work is a polling place and there have been lines out the door all morning. Something people don’t understand about voting up here is that there is a rush to get ballots in before the polls on the East Coast close. Up here many people feel that their votes don’t matter because we’re four hours behind D.C. It’s exciting though. On the bus on the way in this morning I saw both Obama and McCain sign wavers as well as both Begich and Stevens people. The Dems are convinced that they’re gonna push the state blue this year, but I doubt it. It’s cool to see so much participation though.
I’m excited. It’s like Christmas.
Kids have great intuition huh?
That last photo made me laugh soooo hard!
Good one.
Rachel — There was a Santa in Times Square last night handing out stickers to everyone who voted. I told him I voted for Obama and I got two stickers!
Talina — It cracked me up as well.
DrZibbs — Thanks for visiting! Glad you liked this post.
I’ve resigned myself to the fact that everything will make me cry today. Thank you for scaring the student who came in to register for classes and found that his academic advisor has suffered from a severe case of nonwaterproofmascararacooneyes
Holy crap, that made me laugh. out loud. when i’m by myself....and my dogs are looking at me weird!!
thecoconutdiarires — I’ve been a weepy mess today as well. I skipped the mascara and have avoided frightening children and old people.
Shelly — I’ve read about the things your dogs do. They have no right to look at anyone weird!
OMG I think I peed a little.
Kelley — Hee!
OMG hilarious. And also, why did this not show up in my reader?!
That’s terrible.
I love it.
OMG that is too funny! You know that at that moment McCain was thinking, “Holy shit. Get it away!!”
nancypearlwannabe — I bet the McCain/Palin PR people had something to do with it.
LaLa — I think the pictures sums up my feelings exactly.
Curly Sue — I think at that moment the kid was thinking the exact same thing.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Made even better by your post title.
When I finally make it to the city- we need to have dinner and I NEED to meet Dingo Girl. Deal?
Oh and just a little tinge of coincidence- when I went to submit this comment the word I had to spell was “justice"… that made me laugh just a little more. Irony? I love it.
See, that wrinkly old guy must really SMELL up close, you know what I’m sayin? Time to take that fossil and put him in a museum somewhere where he can’t traumatize (or exsanguinate - hee) small children.
My anti-robot senser word is “new” - hmmm?!
MsCatalysta — I’m all for dinner! Dingo Girl is all for us going to dinner if we bring back a doggie bag!
O’Mama — I wonder if that woman is actually trying to pull that baby away from him. I love the captcha words: Justice and New.
Brilliant!
Heehee.
I have to say, Dingo, even I find this funny! How do you come across this stuff?!?
teeheee
OMG...love it!! BTW, got something for ya here

Going through Dingo withdrawal....post soon!
lacohran — I was inspired! And McCain scares me too!
Jenny — See, some good ol’ bipartisan humor never hurt anyone.
Melinda Zook — Hey, thanks for the love, I need it today!
thecoconutdiaries — Hi Coco. I hope to post within the next few days. My thesis deadline loomed suddenly so I’m researching and typing my fingers to little nubs. I may have to type my next post with my elbows.
this is TOO funny! thank you for making my day
Aww! That first photo just… broke my heart. So darn cute. I love that. Also? The last photo made me laugh out loud. I totally needed that one. Seriously. I think I’m just going to bookmark this post because I have a feeling it will still make me laugh out loud tomorrow. Poor John.
